WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BURQU?

BURQU garments are available here at our burqu.com online store. You can also find in Bebek Concept Store.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However if you create an account, you get the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses in the address book, you will be able to view your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders. Also, you can get our exclusive offers just for our subscribers.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to hello@burqu.com, by clicking the WhatsApp icon to reach us via WhatsApp, or our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, and works across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on weekends or public holidays will be responded to on the following business day.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes. You can also contact us via email at hello@burqu.com or IG: burqu  and we’ll help figure out the best size for you.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard to all destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. See Shipping page for more information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
Please note that shipping transit times are not included in our dispatch process, and once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.
While we always do our best to support, we’re unable to take responsibility for any delays that may occur during transit.
During sale periods or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We take great care to ensure every piece meets our highest quality standards.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please don’t worry. Simply reach out to us at hello@burqu.com, and we’ll be more than happy to look into it and support you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Turkiye Orders

For returns and exchanges, you may send the items you wish to return using any courier service of your choice to the address below.
Once the items reach us, they will go through a routine quality check. Returns that are approved as being in good condition will be processed as quickly as possible.
Your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days after the return process is completed.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, the shipping cost for any replacement items sent from us will be covered by our brand.

Products sent without an e-mail exchange request WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.

Your request for exchange will be answered via e-mail. Our Yurtiçi Cargo customer code will be sent to you together with the address information of our head office for shipping.

If you wish to ship your package back to us with a shipping company other than Yurtiçi Cargo, all shipping costs must be covered by you.

The new product will be sent back to you free of charge when the suitability of the products that reach us is examined and your request for change is approved.

Exchanges that do not comply with the terms stated above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with receiver payment.

Terms of Exchange:

The exchange process is one time only. There can be no second exchange for the same order.

SHIPPING

Under normal circumstances, orders within Turkey are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During sale periods or public holidays, dispatch times may extend to 5–7 business days due to increased volume.


International Orders
International orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and a tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that customs duties, VAT, and country-specific taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. International shipments are sent on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis, meaning any applicable fees are payable upon delivery.
While delivery times may vary by country and customs procedures, most European orders are typically delivered within 10 business days.
Please note that we do not have control over courier operations or customs processing times and therefore cannot influence delays related to these stages. However, we’re always happy to assist you where possible!
